Energy to Ascend ~ 21 Mar 2018

The Sun in Aries and Mars in Capricorn, two of the primary personal energy sources in the solar system, travel in signs whose totems love to ascend to the highest of the heights. Skillfully and sure-footed - albeit with some degree of cardinal sign impulsiveness, the totems eagerly and enthusiastically climb over crags and natural obstacles headed toward the summit.

Once upon a summit, a fabulous panoramic view - clouds notwithstanding - can be taken in with a sip of thin air. Dominion can be ascertained. The majesty and supremacy of the elevation can be absorbed into the being.

Cool. What then?

The vitalization of these two planetary energy sources is supported by a wide cast of characters:

Mercury, now in Aries, prepares for a three-week retrograde stint that will commence in a day or so. Anything essential regarding communication that is left behind, forgotten, unintentionally deleted or otherwise neglected, requires reconsideration, review and re-articulation. Go for fast and brief accurate declaration. Make your point. Get there quickly. When the deal is done, stop talking.

Venus, also in Aries, forms a healthy or annoying character trait - depending upon which side of the issue you hold - that asserts what is wanted. No justification. No explanation. Simple articulation of a need or want that is not open to negotiation. By the way, instant or immediate gratification preferred.

Uranus travels the last four degrees of Aries. Yes, he will return for another era in which he urges introspective personal assessment prior to pulling out the stops on impulses to advance, however, now he travels in alignment with a collection of black holes with some cool bullet point worthy themes:

Abandon all models of mediocrity.

Aspire for soul source excellence in all things, especially when presented with challenging setbacks.

Recognize you are one of a kind. Be individualistic and as true to self as you can be.

Keep your inner flame constant.

If alone, recognize that no one confines your space or gets in the way. Get it done.

And above all...

Keep in mind that Eris also occupies Aries. While claiming, stating, reclaiming or restating your needs, attitudes and personal boundaries, keep in mind that you must ultimately fit in your soul’s ideal fit, aspiring to fulfill the karmic reason(s) for incarnation, and providing a comfortable Earthly existence as you go.

When dealing with those who oppose, whether petty tyrants or full-blown life antagonists, remain cool. Keep your center, your good will, cheer, mirth, humor and solidified commitment to your path. Permit no one, or circumstance, to knock your Dharma Express locomotive off the tracks.

Supporting Mars in Capricorn from the same zodiacal sector are Saturn and Pluto - a very big deal. They totally get behind big goals, hard work, dedicated causes and impeccable energy expenditure. They also totally get behind huge results.

Here’s a question to pose to the surge of Aries-linked bravado out there: When you bite off this slice of life, can you conduct masterful mastication, and can you savor and swallow the soulful nourishment of the amazing adventure? When life gets big, can you accept it and deal with it?

Chiron is soon to join Aries temporarily (mid-April) before a reflective stint in Pisces later this year. In the waning degree or two of Aries, if Chiron suspects any doubt as to capability and competence regarding the conquest at hand, a few necessary psychic reworks might delay direct action. Hesitation and uncertainly need their place. When a check of capability contrasted with tasks to be performed lines up in a good way, a confident leap forward, with the certainty of the high altitude rams and goats, can be taken. Not until.

Neptune will pop in to render an opinion on Chiron’s Piscean pondering. He’ll ask if you can see it... really see it... feel it so fully that it resonates in your DNA, no matter how many varying DNA origin results you might have paid to review. He reminds you that it’s about you in the moment and how you resonate with the climb dictated by the summit in your sites. Neptune reminds you that it’s not about sustainable energy. Saturn and Pluto have that covered. You’ll have the required Martian surges in the weeks ahead. It is about the impeccability of the affirmations applied to your aspirations.

The equinox arrived yesterday. As they say, “When the equinox, let it in.” (Say it out loud; it should make sense). Depending upon where you live, it’s spring cleaning to take care of everything that must be secured before advancing, and sowing seeds; or its about autumnal harvesting and reaping, such that the staples for a long ascent are properly prepared, carried and applied.

Regardless, when the indicators of life signal a time to advance, do so smartly. Plan, but do not procrastinate. Be quick, but do not hurry.

Start your engines. Ignition. Turn to, titivate ship. Open the gates. Shoot forward with skill and energy, and capriciously ascend to your aspirations.
